Video cameras and lights mounted on the trackside and overhead frames
The Startrek will capture and record trains travelling at up to 200kmh and enables immediate or ‘later viewing’ of the recorded vision, which can be slowed down to any required speed or stopped by the operator. This allows for a detailed safety inspection of the entire train: for shifting loads, viewing wagon serial numbers, wheels, couplings, doors and more. This can provide an early warning to the train operator to take suitable action to possibly prevent any accidents from occurring.
Screen view from control room via 2 extra cameras mounted on top of the track
Specially designed slow play-(real time) function allows for a clear view of trains travelling at high speeds
Designed for monitoring wagon and cargo status during day/night transportation.
The STARTREK consists of: 4 specially designed video cameras, 4 LED flood lights, 1 controlling unit, 1 viewing monitor and data management software.
Monitoring is started and stopped automatically via track switches-(triggered by train). Real time video and slow playback is available for review.
The system structure can be customised.
