This latest technology in train weighing is ideal for High-Speed train weighing up to 80kmh(dependant on track/site conditions, test train/rolling stock).
No concrete foundation or civil works are required, however this is dependant on accuracies required, site conditions and other possible incluences).
A unique bracing technique has been used to provide maximum stability of the train scale framework in the ballast. This also helps to eliminate impact effects at the weighing transition points by having the steel framework one complete rigid section greatly enhancing weighing accuracy and scale reliability.
Train scale features:
| - |
Actual reliable loadcell based system |
| - |
no rail cutting, welding or grinding |
| - |
Minimal installation/repair track down time |
| - |
No external cabling spread over ballast |
| - |
Temperature compensated |
The rail scale system consists of 12 weighing loadcells supported by steel framework in equivalent of a span of 6 weigh sleepers, plus extended steel framework, complete bracing kit, accessories, control cabinet and PC train weighing software.
Installation takes approx. 2 - 3 days. No concrete foundation or civil works required to install our train scales.
Train weighing results can be accessed from any location via internet.
